I Am a Filipino

I am a Filipino.
We go to school to become nurses.
We work hard to buy Loui Vuitton purses.
Our home is filled with statues.
We dance with sticks made from bamboo.
Our home smells like fried fish.
But adobo is our favorite dish.
All filipinos like to chicken fight.
We stay out of the sun to keep our skin light.
But all of this is not true.
Filipinos work in different jobs,
We make money in our own shops.
Our religious faith is strong.
And we praise the Lord with song.
Filipinos love eating different kinds of food,
This puts us in a happy mood.
Filipinos enjoy the sun,
And we have lots of fun.
